'UK Debt Restructuring Techniques' - Jeremy Walsh: 3CL Seminar (audio)

As part of the Faculty's 3CL Travers Smith Lunchtime Seminar Series, Jeremy Walsh of Travers Smith gave a lunchtime seminar entitled "UK Debt Restructuring Techniques" on Tuesday 10 November 2015. Jeremy joined Travers Smith in 1993 and in 1994 became a partner. He specialises in advising on finance, restructuring and insolvency, in each case acting for financial institutions, private equity sponsors, investors, borrowers, pensions trustees, directors, insolvency practitioners and turnaround professionals. Jeremy is also a licensed insolvency practitioner.
